Shipping:

All Orders in the continental United States are shipped out UPS ground. There is no fee for orders over $100.00 UNLESS OVERSIZED. Oversized items are marked on web site. Shipments that are sent U.S. Post Office do not provide tracking for your merchandise. Most shipments will arrive to you with in 1 to 6 working days. Orders that are shipped to Hawaii and Alaska most go via UPS AIR and will be charged exact freight fees. All oversize item will be charged exact freight fees. and will ship ground UPS only.

Shipping Time:

We do are best to get in stock orders we receive by 1:30 (Pacific time) Monday-Friday shipped out on same day. Depending on your location your order will arrive to you 1-6 business days. Order processing may be delayed by any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your paymaent provider. Delays due to payment processing are not the responsibility of Tammie's hobbies.

U.S Mail Priority Large Flat Rate Shipping:

The items that can be shipped this way. Must fit in a box no bigger then 12"x12"x5 1/2" and can not weight more then 20 pounds. Also there can be no hazarduos materials. Flat rate boxes can be shipped anywhere in the U.S

    Missing or Damaged Shipments:

    Please be sure to count the number of boxes that you received. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately. Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered with damage please contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.     Most orders can not be tracked on the first day that they are ordered. To track UPS shipments you can call 1(800)PICK-UPS(742-5877) or go to UPS web site at

    Damaged Packages: If the item you receive has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the delivery service. Please save all the packaging materials as they will be needed for inspection by the delivering carrier.
