Detective Basil of Baker Street is called to assist a little mouse girl when her toymaker father is abducted by Fidget, the bat. As Basil searches for the toymaker, he discovers Ratigan’s scheme to replace the Mouse Queen with a robotic fake. Will Ratigan ring his bell and call his cat Felicia to devour the queen?
